Renovated & stylishly decorated, this open plan, spacious, light, bright and modern inner-city apartment is perfect for a long or short stay. Centrally located adjoining St Andrews War Memorial Hospital and directly across the road from internationally awarded Roma Street Parklands.
Walk through the Parklands to Brisbane City. Or try catching the FREE Spring Hill loop bus to the CBD, only a few meters to the bus stop. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new oven and full-size fridge, microwave, cooktop & coffee machine. All the crockery and utensils needed to cook up a storm.
Good sized separate bedroom with Queen Beds with comfortable bedding, side drawers and bedside lamps. Plenty of wardrobe space if staying for longer. Sofa bed with linen in living room for 3rd person.
Oversized shower in the bathroom and separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Pool, secure single car garage and lift access to apartment on level 3. Lovely small balcony with seating area and lovely view.

A nice one bedroom unit, close to the city. There was everything that you need for your stay, and thankfully including some Panadol which I didn't have on hand. The building is a little unkempt, but nothing disturbing. On the opposite corner is a block of housing commission units, and with that came yelling and screaming which was a little entertaining. The recommended breakfast suggestion at The Carriage in the parkland opposite was uneventful, and I wouldn't go there again, it was pretty ordinary, as well as being expensive given the quality of food and service. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I needed to be close to the hospital, but otherwise, no...
