Amazing!

The cute studio condo had everything I needed for a relaxing break. Comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, ease to the beach, and beautiful front beach front view. Great communication with owner and contact person Kenny. This is a place I will be returning to again and again.

Our rental was a perfect studio with a great balcony view! The studio was clean. The host was quick to respond and wonderful all around! There are a set of bunk beds too if you have children. The balcony is just above the Quarterdeck bar and grill! Perfect if you wanna listen to the music but not be around so many people! You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean! The bed has a picture window which was also nice! We were able to enjoy the sunrise without even getting out of the bed! The resort has been our go to for many years and offers many amenities without even leaving the resort! We will definitely stay again!

Renaissance Tower 501

Very smooth renting process and a very nice property. Nice room and a nice area. Parking was great and the propery had something for everyone. The ocean was nice but my 2 year old loved the splash pad more than anything. Would rent again.

Great Vacation Site

We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio was clean and brightly painted which enhanced my mood since it is so different from where we live. We had all the modern conveniences of home, microwave, television, kitchenette, dishes, silverware, toaster, blender. It was the perfect location. We had no problems finding grocery stores and shopping areas very close by. It was wonderful to have access to swimming pools, hot tub, and saunas on the first floor. The entertainment area and volley ball court could be seen from the room and there was a live band there every night. Very entertaining to watch and hear grownups and children from the audience perform songs. One July fourth the fire works lit up the sky right in front of our studio, beautiful. It was the perfect vacation and I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity comes. The owner, Greg Agee was most kind and helpful for any need we had.

Really enjoyed our stay here!

My wife and I rented this condo for a week and brought down our 8 month old son for his first beach trip. The condo was great, it was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us, we never felt like we needed more room despite it being an efficiency/studio type condo. The owners of the property are great and very responsive if you need anything or have any issues. They actually replaced the mattress with a brand new one the second day of our trip as the old one was sagging almost to the floor in the middle. Slept great the remainder of our trip! The unit actually faces the ocean and has a small balcony which is great. Loved waking up and watching the ocean in the morning and sitting on the balcony and smoking a cigar at night. The only complaints we have don't have anything to do with the actual condo itself but rather the Renaissance Tower where the condo is located. The tower has 22 floors of condos and only three elevators, one of which was broken our entire stay and either completely non operational or would be constantly trapping people inside of it. With so many people trying to go up and down it wasn't uncommon to have to wait for 10 minutes to get an elevator. We ended up taking the stairwell more than preferred due to this situation. They have a nice little beachfront restaurant and bar right outside of the tower directly below the balcony of the unit and they have live music or karaoke every night until about 11. If you like to go to bed early you may have a hard time getting to sleep with the loud music playing below. Even with these few small discouraging things, we would rent this condo again in the future!
