The home is split across 3 levels with the entry and Master bedroom and bathroom on the mid level, upstairs is the main living area, with indoor and outdoor dining, kitchen and lounge room. Downstairs has a separate indoor and outdoor living space plus kitchenette with 2 bedrooms plus a bathroom. The swimming pool is on the 3rd lower level. The house is perfectly designed for families with older kids that want a separate lounge area or families with grandparents who like a quiet living area to retreat to, then all come together for meals together on the verandah or watch a movie together in the spacious main living room. South Mission Beach is a great holiday location and ‘Mission Views’ is well located just under 800m to the beach which is just a 2 minute short drive to the beach or if you like a brisk morning hill walk you can stop on your way to the local favourite coffee spot – ‘Bowerbirds Pantry’. Enjoy fish and chips on the beach from Beachy’s Café or a casual meal at Tuskers at the Surf Club. Mission Views is also just 5 minutes drive from The Elandra Resort which offers unparalleled views with an exceptional dining experience for Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks! Just 5 minutes drive north with bring you to Wongaling Beach with the Woolworths shopping centre, chemist, bottle shop and restaurants and a further 5 minutes north is the main Mission Beach village centre with shops and cafes. If you are boating enthusiast, you have a choice of 2 boat ramps. There is the beach boat ramp at the end of Kennedy Esplanade or the Hull River boat ramp offering a pontoon for you to tie up to. Not wishing to cook... enjoy a relaxed meal at Tuskers at the Surf Club or Beachcomber Café. Bowerbirds Pantry is open Tuesday – Sunday for coffee and light meals as well as local produce. Woolworths Supermarket at Wongaling Beach is just a 5 - 10 min drive. The quaint shopping village of Mission Beach is just 10-15 minutes drive and offers a selection of cafes, restaurants, bars. There is also Lenny’s Local Fruit & Vegetable store and a great mini mart. You will be tempted at Helen Wiltshire Gallery or one of the fashion or gift stores. The new swimming pool is located at Mission Beach including a hydrotherapy pool. The “Dunk and Splash” water play pad is on the foreshore of Wongaling Beach. The first and third Sunday of each month there a markets in the Ulysses park at Mission Beach. The Mission Beach Monster Markets are held on the last Sunday of each month from Easter Sunday until November. During the stinger months (November to May) there is a stinger enclosure at South Mission Beach. It is recommended to have a car when staying at South Mission Beach.
