If you can look past how things were visibly run down and haphazardly repaired, and all the tripping hazards, you could enjoy your stay. Our saving grace was the escape to the hot tub.

No warm water with a splash of lies

Visited Duluth with several friends and booked this property. We saw mixed reviews, but decided to take the risk— that was a mistake. On top of the fact that the property is overpriced for what you get, the property was without warm water for the entire weekend. In the middle of a town of 90,000 people, we were told that the gas line had a problem and that we would need to be without warm water for the entire weekend without any resolution. That is ridiculous in the year 2026. However, we decided to be flexible and requested a small refund. The property owners offered to refund about 15% of what we actually paid which we thought was stingy, but we did not want to argue on what was it otherwise enjoyable trip. I sent several emails following the day to ensure that this check did come in the mail, and the owners confirmed that that would happen. However, nearly 2 weeks following my last email, no check has come in the mail, and the owners have stopped replying. Incredibly unprofessional, and it is starting to be clear that they deserve the low ratings that they are getting.

Extremely over priced and under maintained

First, the owner's communication was great, no issues at all here. The management company communication was not great at all. The house, for the price was a major disappointment. Not clean, exremely cluittered, old, disorganized, under- Maintained on multiple levels. It's impossible to list all of th e issues,and we are experienced travelers in this realm, but this was by far the worst property we've stayed in. The hot tub was great, the rest was not up to par for a property that costs 500/night after all the fees.
