Enjoy a full house to yourself. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen ( highchair) & washroom, washer & dryer, private decks, access to playground, office space, free wifi, & Bell TV. The loft has two twin beds, one queen bed, & a playpen for our littlest guests. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed with entrance to private deck. There is also a sofa bed. Close to the Deer lake Airport (4.2 km), the Newfoundland Insectarium, Deer Lake beach, quick access to the groom trails, 40 minute drive to Gros Mourne, Marble Mountain, and to major shopping. This property is perfect for your adventures.

Excellent place to stay in Deer Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a cute place, we were very comfortable, it was clean and they made sure we were looked after. They recommended an excellent spot for dinner and we very accommodating at letting us use their dryer. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place

It is a nice place, very clean. The Property Manager was wonderful. The only issue is that we were six adults and this place is a bit small to fit six people and only one washroom. It is perfect for a family or group of four. You will not be disappointed.

Close enough to the park with the town around you for needs.4 beds , one single downstairs with a nice walkout to the deck.3 beds upstairs were like the 3 bears nursery rhyme room. Problem with staircase r safety. Lighting could be better for safety. A need for clothing rack of some kind would be appreciated. Kitchen was nicely setup with not so friendly pans. Seen better days. Stove was tucked in a little cubby with no light for the surface. It would have helped. Washer was a plus, dryer was 5 footabo e yourheadon a (shelf). This review may not be posted. I can only say I’m glad I was only there one night. Too much cost for safety.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the convenient location, the four beds, the walkout to the deck, the kitchen setup, and having a washer available. We would like to clarify a few points. There is lighting on the staircase for guest safety, and there are two closets available for guests’ clothing and belongings. These have been sufficient for our guests in the past, and this is the first time we have received feedback requesting additional clothing storage. The dryer was added specifically for our guests’ convenience, and the location where it is currently placed was the only practical option available to us. We understand that it may not have been ideal for everyone. Regarding the cookware, we were not aware that the pans were no longer considered suitable. We certainly would have appreciated knowing this during your stay so we could have addressed the issue. We genuinely wish you had brought these concerns to our attention while you were here, as we would have been happy to help wherever possible and make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate the feedback and will take your comments into consideration.

Perfect spot for family looking for 1 night or several. Our party of 6 with 2 small children needed a safe, quiet place with kitchen facilities close to the airport for a very early flight. Clean and comfortable, pleasantly decorated with well outfitted kitchen. Note: 2nd bedroom (loft) requires access by staircase. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
