Large ground floor of T2 villa - sea view - not overlooked

Ground floor of independent villa, (bedding, furniture, ...) ideally located in Ruppione, a popular little corner of the south shore of Ajaccio (located 25 km).

The rental is close to the beach of Ruppione (at the foot of the residence), the Mare e sole beach (5km) as well as the beaches located on the 3 coves around the tip of Isolella.

Many shops are quickly accessible from the T2, on foot or by car: bakeries, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, huts, tourist office, petrol station, hairdressers ...

Very comfortable rental with washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, deckchairs ...

Composition:
- Entrance after a few steps, via the large terrace facing the sea, nestled in the heart of a garden perfumed with the scents of the maquis, not overlooked.
- Beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine ...) and sitting area with sofa bed and TV.
- Large bedroom with sea view and a large closet.
- Spacious bathroom with sink, shower and wc.

You can laze on the deckchairs on the terrace and prepare your barbecue meals while enjoying the magnificent sunsets.

Accueil et location agréable

Camille est une hôte qui prend soin de ses locataires. L'accueil est chaleureux et elle demeure attentive tout au long du séjour. La location est conforme à l'annonce, à 10 min à pieds de la plage du Ruppione, vue mer par la terrasse et la chambre. Le jardin est bien entendu et vous aurez peut être la chance de croiser ses tortues. Bien équipée, il a tout le nécessaire pour bien démarrer le séjour et même une bouteille de vin en cadeau. Les deux seuls points négatifs seraient le manque d'isolation avec le logement de la propriétaire du dessus et l'absence de fenêtre dans le salon (toutefois, ouvert sur la cuisine et la porte d'entrée).

Un emplacement idéal pour profiter des très belles plages du Ruppionne. Au calme sur le colline, l'appartement est spacieux et offre un espace extérieur très appréciable. C'est comme à la maison. Tout est fournieme les jouets de plage. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci à Camille

Séjour d une semaine chez Camille

Merci à Camille pour son accueil, ses conseils pour nos ballades à proximité, ses attentions durant le séjour ( œufs de ses poules, souvenirs gastronomiques de la région…) Le logement est adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes, très propre, très bien équipé, la vue est magnifique de la terrasse. Une semaine dépaysante, au calme, avec les spots touristiques à deux pas.

Großes Appartement in schöner Lage

Das große Appartement liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Siedlung. Der Spaziergang zum nächsten Strand dauert gut zehn Minuten. Es sind alle Dinge zum Kochen und Grillen vorhanden und auch zum Spielen gibt es vieles. Wir haben uns bei Camille sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour d’une semaine au pied de la plage de Rupionne et tout proche de commerces proposant des très bons produits locaux … on a profité de la terrasse et du barbecue tous les jours. Je recommande vivement cette location et l’acceuil chaleureux de Camille.

Un logement avec terrasse dans un cadre paisible depuis les hauteurs de la plage de Ruppione. Idéal en couple ou en famille. L’hôte est très gentille, le logement dispose de toutes les commodités pour se sentir en vacances chez soi. Un seul regret, ne pas avoir prolongé le séjour à cette adresse !

Entspannter Aufenthalt in paradiesischer Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Le Rupione verbracht. Camille ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die immer zur Stelle ist, wenn man Fragen hat oder sie braucht. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung (Restaurants, Ausflüge, Wanderungen etc.) gegeben und uns sogar mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man brauchen könnte. Es gibt sogar Utensilien für den Strand (Stühle, Schirm, Beachball-Schläger). Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Bel endroit sur le littoral corse

appartement moderne et bien décoré, frais malgré la chaleur estivale, tout proche de la mer et pourtant trés calme dans un environnement de verdure très appréciable et belle vue sur la mer. Trés bon accueil de la propriétaire avec les petits plus bien pratiques: charbon de bois fourni avec le barbecue, antimoustiques prévu pour la terrasse ...
