Questões de segurança que devem ser consideradas ao alugar.

O Local: Embora o nome remeta a um condomínio, não há guarita com segurança ou policiamento local. O local é ermo com chacaras vizinhas em mal estado, muitas vazias, afastado do bairro e cercado de canavial. Para grupos familiares pequenos o local não apresenta condiçoes de segurança, e a região tem histórico de assalto/arrastão a chacaras (2015). Quanto a casa: A casa tem uma excelente área externa, ideal para reunir pessoas. Os quartos estão em condiçoes ruins, com paredes mofadas. Cosinha ampla e ventilada. Caseira simpática e prestativa. Embora haja uma jacuzzi, ao lado da piscina ela não é aquecida!
