Was awesome! Was glad to be able to walk to downtown core. Lots to see and Sylvain saw to it that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back . Kerry also checked in to ensure our stay went smoothly. Love it here !

Fabulous!

Sylvain is the host with the most! We gifted a weekend for newlyweds and it well exceeded their expectations. Beautifully appointed and incredible attention to detail, this is a must stay if you are visiting Collingwood! You will not find better! And if you are in town, have a meal at Prime79. It never disappoints!

We chose this neighborhood because of its beautiful architecture around us, its proximity to the Main Street and finding a home in the heritage district was very lucky,

What makes this property unique

The property is unique as it was built in 1875 for the local town tailor and eventually sold to a gentleman who built most of the large landmarks of collingwood - it was built as a identical duplex and an addition was added in the early 1900’s we are restoring and renovating the home 1 brick at a time
