Ive stayed several places using vrbo. All have been very nice. This cozy cabin has one thing that can not be beat. That is the kind, accomadating, personable host, Mr. Abel. If you are planning to stay in this area, you wont be disappointed staying here.

This home was a great location to Blairsville (only about 10 minutes from town, if that) and also was close to Young Harris. Plenty of great restaurant options nearby as well. We enjoyed watching the deer eating outside every morning! Would definitely stay here again :) Enjoyed the many hiking trails and state parks nearby!

We never stayed here. We called on our way in and were told there had been a mistake and the place had been double booked. The other party had already checked in that day. After we had secured other accommodations, we were contacted by the owner and he said that he had made a mistake. We stayed at the other place we had to acquire. This was not our mistake.

Perfect place to stay in North GA

The property is a perfect stay for a couple or small family. Fenced space for a dog. The owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with! The property is easy access to Blairsville, Hiawassee, Young Harris, and Murphy. Highly recommend anyone to stay and I’ll def stay again if needed!

Cute Place But Lacking In Many Ways

The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed by Evolve). The property had some sparse amenities (kitchen barely stocked with cookware etc), no TV/cable services (must have your own streaming services, but did have W/D and comfortable bed.

The home is equipped with reliable internet and a Roku TV, which provide access to a wide range of streaming options. Given these amenities, we’re unsure why a separate server was felt necessary, but we’re happy to clarify any misunderstandings about the available features.-The RV on the property is well-maintained and blends in with the surroundings, ensuring it does not detract from the overall experience. As for the view, the seasonal changes during fall mean many trees have shed their leaves, naturally revealing the road below. While this is a seasonal occurrence beyond our control, we strive to ensure the property remains a comfortable and inviting retreat year-round.-On behalf of Evolve, we strive to support our guests and regret any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full or partial refund as your reservation has exceeded the 14-day cancellation period outlined in our policy. Guests must cancel at least 14 days prior to their stay to receive a full refund. While a refund is not possible, we would be happy to assist with arranging a date change.Thank you for your review.
