Our cabin is secluded, private, and furnished with everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and food. Large bedroom has queen bed, with door going onto deck. On the same floor is large bath with jetted tub and shower. Upstairs bedroom has twin beds and the living room has a queen size sofabed. If needed, you can put an air mattress on the kitchen floor. Kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, silverware, microwave, coffee pot, can opener, etc. There is a nearby playground for the kids and fishing in our pond. We are located 8 miles from Blairsville where we have great restaurants, antique shops and a large park with swimming pool and tennis. Butternut Creek and Owen Glenn golf courses are also located nearby. In the fall you can take hikes to see the leaves turn, watch the wildlife or just relax. We are 2 hours from Atlanta where there are many other attractions. Approximately 5 miles to Lake Nottely. Other attractions include the Georgia Mountain Fair, Gold Rush in Dahlonega, Vogel State park., Brasstown Bald, Appalachian Trail, Helton Creek Falls, Trackrock Riding Stables, ATV trails and ORV trails. Anything you might want, everything you might need! Just relax while sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck watching the children play on the playground! You have come to the right place. Oh and don't forget you 'HONEYMOONERS' THIS PLACE IS PERFECT.

It was secluded,private and so quiet.A bit more than just rustic,but just what we needed for our visiting around Blairsville .Drawback of amenities most are used to. Really old school feel of simplicity.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying here! Every morning there was a field full of deer to watch from the front porch. The house was well equipped. Just be mindful that there is no central heating, but the fireplace and wall heater in the kitchen kept us warm.

Check in was straight forward and everything me and my Wife could have wanted. We just needed some alone time before I deploy. The cabin is so homey. I dream about owning a place like this some day.

Perfect place to RESET

My wife and I needed a short getaway and this was the perfect location. The back porch was our favorite, overlooking the pond, we even saw about 8 deer. The large jacuzzi bath was another favorite. We hope to be back soon.

The porch is nice, the cabin was cute and quaint. We saw a deer. The broken window upstairs is a little creepy but no issues from it. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Secluded in Nature

Great secluded place. Beautiful nature is all around. No noises or other interruptions. Close to main highways . Blairsville is handy with plenty of stores carrying everybday needs. Good places to eat. Centrally located to many points of interests. Hosts were very responsive to messages and very nice. We enjoyed the properly and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quit getaway and also be able to interact with the rest of the world when needed.

This cabin was such a lovely stay; it’s quiet, well kept, and with lovely views of the pong and pasture. The kitchen was very well stocked and so were all of the rooms. It was lovely sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch and take in the peaceful surroundings. My only gripe was that there were many uncovered windows, no blinds or curtains so I felt very exposed. We had to hang some towels over the big windows so we didn’t feel watched. But other than that the cabin and the property owners were lovely! I highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay

Loved the cabin and it's location! The cabin was neat and clean with everything we needed. I particularly loved the jetted tub. It was so relaxing! I also loved the back deck. At night I sat and just listened to the nature sounds. There was no traffic noise, no noisy neighbors, no sirens in the middle of the night! I also met Mrs. Dyer. She is very sweet. We had a lovely chat. I strongly recommend renting this cabin as a vacation spot. My husband and I had a wonderful time!

My husband and I are farmers. We have 3 kids and 8 grandkids. We live here on this working farm. The cabins are located on the outskirts of this farm. If you want you can visit the farm where we have cows, pigs, and horses. We also grow our own vegetables and have a sawmill where we saw our own lumber for the cabins. You can see all this!

What makes this property unique

It's quiet, peaceful, secluded in the 25 acres of woods that surround the cabins. Deer roam in the field near the horses and cattle on this working farm. It is located 10 minutes from Blairsville and 5 minutes from Wal Mart.. Sitting in rocking chairs on the deck, you can drink your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of birds, squirrels and the serenity of the forest. Don't forget your fishing poles for the nearby pond.
