Checking in to unit was a breeze being keyless, no issues with unit so had no need to contact host, unit was as described. 2 thumbs up, would definitely stay and recommend to family and friends

I feel like we got rental catfished. The place is not well taken care of at all. Also, even though the listing states no hidden fees, there was a surprise 200 deposit taken without my approval. LOTS of mold, non-functioning lights, very broken furniture, ripped pillows on the sofa, closet door off the track, extremely worn/ pilling blankets, water damaged ceiling, rusty bathroom lights, dead ants, buckled flooring throughout the man bedroom- it’s the type of place I don’t know that I would willingly have stayed at even if it was free. The worst rental I’ve had in my many years of traveling.
