We arrived and the bedding was stained. The couch was filthy. The unit smelled. The area was highly questionable - felt unsafe. We left and went back to the property mgmt office and told them we weren’t staying there. They found is another place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your initial experience did not meet expectations. Stained bedding, a dirty couch, and unpleasant odors are absolutely unacceptable, and we understand how these issues, combined with concerns about the area, made you feel uncomfortable. We’re glad our team was able to assist you quickly in finding an alternative accommodation, but we regret that your first impression was so disappointing. Please know that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure this unit is thoroughly addressed before any future guests arrive. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right during your stay.
