Enter our beautiful new house. Located in quiet Grey St, A short walk to the square you are so handy to the cafes and bars. Warm, comfortable, fully equipt and clean, You will be so relaxed in this haven and able to cook up your own feasts. Expansive deck with outside furniture and BBQ great for summer evenings with a Martinborough wine after a day exploring the wineries. Check out the dark sky at night and wander through the Palliser Vineyard walk in the day. A perfect spot for a Martinborough getaway.

The host was very accommodating. We absolutely loved the home. So much so we are working with the builder of the home (details provided by host) to build an exact replica on our land. We have stayed in Martinborough a number of times and this holiday home will be our go to everytime from now on. Accommodating host, lovely home and great area.

This place was impeccable. Everything was as per the photos and as described. A gorgeous place that was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Well appointed house. Kitchen had everything! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside area was great, not quite as private as we had thought, but it was sunny in the morning and evening and we used it alot. The town centre is a 10 minute walk away, so easy to come and go.Good responsive host.

We were very lucky to stay at this beautifully presented property! After a bit of a hiccup with our booking dates (and we appreciated the property manager adjusting our booking to suit), we enjoyed staying at this flawless, comfortable and cleverly laid-out house...it's just a shame we only had 2 nights here! And the small touches (bread, milk, chocolate) were appreciated

We have lived and worked in Martinborough for 25 years bringing up our family here. Originally from Hawkes Bay and Wellington we have settled in between the 2 locations. A great place to live.

Why they chose this property

We love the quiet rural location but with lot of cafes , restaurants and vineyards to try. We also love golf, squash and walking in the village and surrounds. The village has a lovely feel and great community spirit.

What makes this property unique

Visitors love the modern décor, peace and tranquillity while being so close to the centre of Martinborough.
