You're just 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Marena Beach Club, and a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera Maya. Oh, and Soriana supermarket? Right around the corner — because traveling with kids means grocery runs happen.



The private rooftop terrace is your family's own little escape — fire up the BBQ, pour a drink, and enjoy dinner under the open sky while the kids wind down after a big day. Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property. You retrieve the keys by entering a code into the lockbox. You will receive full instructions before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of Playa del Carmen, with easy access to main roads and public transportation. It's just a short drive or bike ride to the city center and the famous 5th Avenue.



Getting Around:

The apartment is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your map apps for driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. There is ample parking on site if you do arrive by car. If you need help arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- Guests must climb stairs inside the unit.
