The Property

Built in 2015, this stunning lakefront home sits on the shores of the Columbia River and Lake Entiat, offering breathtaking mountain and water views. With a private heated pool, an eight-person hot tub, and space for up to 12 guests, it’s the perfect destination for family vacations, golf getaways, book clubs, or gatherings with friends.

You’ll enjoy easy access to swimming, boating, fishing, and all that the Columbia River has to offer.

The Home

The bright, modern interior features expansive windows that showcase spectacular lake and mountain views throughout the main living area. Relax in the comfortable living room with cable TV on the mounted flat-screen television.

The dining area seats 6–10 guests, with an additional five seats at the breakfast bar.

Sleeping Arrangements
• 3 King Bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds and premium bedding.
• Lower-Level “Slumber Party Room” featuring:
• 2 Queen beds
• 1 Full bed
• Sleeps up to 6 guests

The lower level also includes a spacious game room with:
• Pool table
• Foosball table
• Flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player
• Wet bar

• Private dock for daytime loading and unloading

We continually improve our home during the off-season with updated furnishings, bedding, and other enhancements to ensure every guest enjoys the best possible experience.

Pool & Hot Tub

Pool
• Generally open from May through the end of September
• Heated with a modern heat pump for comfortable swimming
• Professionally maintained throughout the season

Hot Tub
• Open and maintained year-round.

Guests are responsible for their own safety around both the pool and the river.

Location
• Wenatchee: Approximately 20 minutes south
• Chelan: Approximately 30 minutes north

Booking Information

During late June through August, we generally rent by the week.

We may be able to accommodate:
• Stays longer than seven nights
• Monday-Friday shorter stays
• Other exceptions when available


Because this home is only available for approximately 5–6 weeks each year, summer dates are extremely limited and often book up to one year in advance.

Priority booking is given to returning guests. New guests are encouraged to inquire so they can be added to our waiting list once returning guests have selected their dates.

Since we manage the property ourselves, there are no expensive administrative or management fees.

Rental Agreement

A separate rental agreement containing rates and all house rules will be emailed after booking.

The agreement must be completed, signed, and returned by email or mail within two weeks of receipt.

You are welcome to request a copy of the rental agreement before booking.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

Due to our strict refund policy, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

Refunds will be provided if:
• Government evacuation orders prevent occupancy.
• The home becomes uninhabitable.

If an emergency arises, we will always do our best to help you reschedule your stay.

Please note that this home is located in Central Washington. Seasonal wildfires in Washington or even Canada can occasionally affect regional air quality. Unfortunately, smoke or poor air quality is not considered a valid reason for cancellation under our refund policy.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of both our guests and our property, we have exterior security cameras.

Cameras monitor:
• Driveway
• Front entrance
• Side yard
• Backyard
• Dock
• Entire exterior perimeter

Camera placement was carefully designed with guest privacy in mind. They are not positioned close to outdoor gathering spaces, although those areas may still be visible as part of the overall security coverage. Please feel free to ask about camera locations.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is:
• 10 adults
• Up to 12 guests if some are children under the age of 15.

There are no additional occupancy fees within these limits.

Please do not exceed the approved occupancy. All guests must match the names listed on your rental agreement. Any changes must be approved by the owners in advance via email or text.

Pet Policy

No pets or service animals can be accommodated.

Because exposure to pets or animals presents a severe health risk for multiple members of our family, we are unable to accept reservations requiring animals.

This home is not a full-time vacation rental. It is rented only approximately 5–6 weeks each year and is otherwise occupied by our family. Thank you for your understanding.
