Faria Lima, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and bars that Moema has to offer, all on foot or if you prefer by car with the valet at the entrance to the building's garage.
The flat was planned to be complete and functional, with a workstation, living room, bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, 24-hour concierge and air conditioning. We leave available for use the induction cooker, airflyer, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, extractor fan, 75-inch TV, air conditioning and all kitchen utensils (pot, glasses, plates and cutlery).
