The property description stated it had air conditioning, it did not. There were two portable evap units downstairs, a portable ac in the downstairs bedroom and nothing in the upstairs bedroom. It was so hot upstairs that we had to sleep with a wet towel on us to be somewhat cool; it was horrible!!! The management company finally brought us a portable ac unit for upstairs. The tape they put on the window to hold it in place would not hold it due to the heat, so we went and bought duck tape and used the whole roll to secure the outside air exhaust. Also, we have stayed in several VRBOs and the owner always have detergent available for the washing machine, none in this home. When you are staying for a week you don't want to buy a big jug of detergent, so this was another negative. Also the outside landscaping could use some attention.Nice house but needs attention

The house was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Really comfortable space for visiting and eating. Location was excellent. We did not ski so don’t know why that was in the rating. Really lovely space. Only concern was a bit of a slow response to a broken shower; the management was apologetic about this and fixed the shower as soon as they could get their staff free.

Delightful property a mile or so from the plaza, but feels rural and has splendid unobstructed view of the mountains to the North. Great communications. Spotless, and outstanding attention to detail. Excellent kitchen and appliances. Highly recommended for couple or family or two couples.

Artful Taos Home

This home in Taos is filled with colorful local art and regional touches. We found everything we needed for our long weekend with adult kids and dogs. It was an easy drive up to the ski valley. We ended the day with a fire in the fireplace. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.
