Easy 5 minute walk to the Mercato’s shops and restaurants. Walgreen’s, Whole Foods and Publix across the street. 1.5 miles from Vanderbilt Beach with public parking available. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Walk, bike or drive. 3 bicycles included. 8 miles from downtown’s 5th Avenue and 3rd Streets. Private drive and garage. Lovely backyard with comfortable wicker captain’s chairs and electronic shade over dining area and propane bbq. Community pool steps away. Many golf courses in the area. Great price for a beautiful home and wonderful location! Child playpen, high chair and running stroller available. Please note 30 day HOA minimum stay and tenant application process. Additional fee required.

This home is 1.5 miles from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Mercato (over 30 shops, 20 restaurants and bars and a movie theatre). Additional restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood within walking distance as well as Publix and Whole Foods. 8 miles to vibrant downtown Naples and Tin City.
I love the close proximity of everything you could need without having to move your car.

What makes this property unique

This property is a 2 story, 2 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms for each. The 2nd bedroom has an additional single bed. There is a 2 piece bathroom on the main floor. A large kitchen, living and dining room make it a very comfortable setting for 4 people (up to 6 for dining). The outdoor patio with Weber bbq is a quiet private oasis with a retractable awning to shield the sun if desired. A full size washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor. Access to the shared pool is only steps away.
