Spacious waterfront chalet on Lac des Deux Montagnes in Ile-Bizard, Montréal, on 70,000 sqft, nearly 2 acres, of landscaped grounds and 200ft of frontage with a sand beach about 40 minutes drive to downtown.
In the summer, several canoes, kayaks and pedal boats for a balad on the lake .
In the winter, have a relaxing massage in the SPA / hot tub.
65" & 50" Smart TVs.
The space
Technically part of the island of Montreal but its like being in the Laurentians, close to Montreal amenities and vibrant city life but being in the country side. Very quiet large property to relax and have fun. In the summer enjoy the mature trees and the lake, kayak, canoe , pedal boat or just dipping in the lake and swimming. Also available is a professional volleyball / badminton net.
5 persons outdoors SPA/Hot Tub. Relax enjoying the lake view, with available 75 massage jets and color lighting

Strictly non smoking inside the house.
No pets.
It is a quiet neighborhood, outside please keep sound at acceptable level. Inside can be as loud as you want.

The house was perfect for our visit. The views of the lake was amazing, the house was very comfortable and we spend a few nights sitting around in the living room watching the snow. Yacine was so welcoming and accomodating to our last minute needs, and the place was perfrectly stocked with all the things we might need. Checkin was clear, simple and easy. Would stay again - maybe in the summer to enjoy the water!

Excellent location and great property
Our family (ranging in age from 10-85) stayed at this lovely home for the holidays. Great location, beautiful view and home had everything you could need. Very responsive host, with the house easy to find and access. Four great bedrooms on the top floor with final bed located in the basement. Lots of space on the main floor and spectacular views from the main floor windows. Highly recommend.
