Amazing welcoming stay

We stayed here for a couple days and we absolutely loved. the hospitality, cleanliness, location, decor, etc, was out of this world. was very easy to get in contact with the owner if we had any questions. would definitely recommend amd come back for sure. Thank you david for making our stay unforgettable!!

Montreal condo

The condo was spacious and had all the basics for a one week stay. A/C works great in great room (kitchen, dining, living rooms) but was lacking in bedrooms. Unfortunately, it got pretty hot.

Visit

Very easy check in. Communication was great. In description it said six beds. There were 5 but one was king so two slept in a bed. One room was small with no dresser. One suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee maker and to have pillow cases. All in all very spacious and clean.

Great family Stay

Overall the stay was quite pleasant. The communication with the property manager was great. The home looked exactly what was listed on the site. Overall I highly recommend for a family. The overall flaws with listing is the area is quite prejudice. There were several false claims of noise complaints, as well as complaints of having a pet in which we do not have a pet. The stairs of the apartment will need to be fixed they were several falls they had occurred. Will recommend if you are looking to explore the city of Quebec as well as the downtown area.

Overall we had a great stay!

I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious house to stay in Montreal. Myself and 8 friends all had plenty of space to get ready, relax and hang out. It was about a 25 minute drive outside the downtown area but we found it manageable for the most part. The house itself was very lovely, very spacious and exactly as shown in photos. The host David was very helpful and any minor issues we had such as needing extra towels or sheets, he was very accommodating. The area itself was quite suburban, however as I mentioned it's about 25 mins to the downtown core and Old Montreal. The one thing I will say is there aren't 2 king beds in one of the rooms as listed, instead it's one king bed in what seems to be a master bedroom. That wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of. All other rooms were exactly as described.

David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for our celebration weekend. Everyone had a bedroom and the large kitchen was great for snacks and some takeout treats. We will definitely return.
