✧ The dining room is spacious, with a table that accommodates 8 people, perfect for enjoying family meals together.
✧ There is a café and a Moroccan restaurant located on the ground floor with also a small fruit and vegetable counter.
✧ Living Room We have a smart TV in the unit, allowing you to connect to your own Netflix, Crave, or Amazon Prime accounts. An HDMI cable is also at your disposal to connect your PC to the television. ✔ Access to numerous board games to brighten up your evenings!
✧ The accommodation contains a washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with a shower in a separated room from the toilet and sink. They are still next to each other but a guest could you use the toilet in all intimacy while another one take his shower.
✧ The accommodation has an ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection which will allow you to work efficiently or organize your stay without worrying about connectivity.
✧ PARKING ✔A private parking spot is included in a garage, it is equipped with 30-amp electric charging station.
✔Parking is easy and free in the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area and there is no meter to pay for street parking.
✦ You will have access to the entire accommodation in complete privacy.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a traveller's manual giving you all the important information you need to know about the accommodation, in addition to addresses of relevant activities and nearby shops!
✦ This apartment has an internal stairwell shared with another apartment. You will have to climb two flights of stairs, which may be a little steep.

*DOGS* We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay.
Conditions: - You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences; - Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs; - Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges. - Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas. - You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden after your stay. - The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

We had a lovely time in Montreal. The apartment is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms as described. We were disappointed to learn that there is one toilet and one shower in the unit; despite those amenities being in two separate rooms, this is NOT a two bathroom unit. I believe the listing has been updated. The neighborhood is a bit mixed in terms of young families as well as some more run down aspects (eg vacant storefronts) but the location is good and we were able to walk to nice restaurants, shopping, the Olympic park, and the metro. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working during our stay and it was quite hot, but Frederic had great communication and worked with us to try to solve the problem. I would stay again, in a cooler time of year!
