Perfect post Christmas girls getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, clean and modern home. With an excellent location, comfy beds and hot pool to relax in under the stars (shame about the street light) we made the most of our Martinborough stay.

Just like home.

Home away from home and exactly as advertised. Was cosy clean and had everything we needed and wish we could have stayed more than one night. Beautiful part of the country.

Relaxing, comfortable, perfect.

This is a fabulous property with 3 great bedrooms, 2 tidy bathrooms and a lovely living area. Everything is modern and well maintained. The spa is to die for if the weather doesn't play ball (or even if it does), and the access to pool and tennis court is a huge bonus. Tennis rackets and a ball were provided too - we didn't use these but would have loved to if the weather was a little better during our stay. Fabulous owner, very hands on and accommodating. Thanks very much for the bottles of bubbles on arrival :) Would HIGHLY recommend.

I am originally from Auckland moved to Martinborough with my husband and children in 2020. We used to visit Martinborough for holidays and then decided to move here for the lifestyle & friendly people. It is a lovely relaxed place to bring up children.

Why they chose this property

We love the village feel and people that we meet. The community is very welcoming and the children see their friends where ever they go. We both love wine and enjoying meeting friends at wineries or the many amazing cafes & restaurants for great wine and food.

What makes this property unique

We love our property, it has such a warm, relaxed feel. The interior is gorgeous, well laid out and the beds are comfortable. The spa is a great place to relax and unwind. The communal tennis courts, trampoline and pool are a great advantage for families.

Sit on the deck, have a bbq or just relax, you will feel the privacy from your neighbours.

Or walk into the square and enjoy some great food and wine. You are only a short walk from the main square.
