Paradise @ Pearl Beach is an impressive holiday home, sure to soothe and relax your senses as soon as you walk through the doors. Featuring spacious open plan living, seamlessly flowing to an entertainment deck overlooking the level yard, and gardens. This visually impressive home is beautifully landscaped and has floor to ceiling windows to allow the light to flow throughout the house. Perfectly situated only a short walk to Pearl Beach waterfront.

Main bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and built ins, while bedroom 4 has a double bed and built in.

* Open plan living space with smart TV, combustion fireplace (firewood not supplied), comfortable lounges, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans
* Modern kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, Breville coffee machine and bench seating
* Two large outdoor entertaining decks, with seating and gas BBQ
* WIFI, dining area seats 8, polished floorboards throughout, off-street parking
* Main bathroom with bath and separate shower
* Internal laundry with washing machine only
*A short 10-minute drive to Patonga, Umina Beach and Ettalong; markets, cinemas, ferry services

All linen and towels supplied, and beds made up for your arrival for all guests. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed.
