Our unit was very clean and everything we needed was available. There is a closet with beach chairs and an umbrella, we didn’t use the umbrella, but it is there. A chest full of items for the beach on the back porch. Very easy walk to the beach, maybe 3 to 5 minutes depending on who you are. Everything worked as it should and communication was great! We would definitely stay again.
