OUR HOUSE
Our privately owned vacation home is located just 40 minutes from the Phoenix Airport in the prestigious Gold Canyon East community with views of both Dinosaur and Superstition Mountains.

Beautiful 1800 sq ft Bungalow located in a tranquil neighbourhood in Gold Canyon. This home has a open concept style living area with large family room, connected to the dining and kitchen areas, and backyard access. There is a large family room sofa with TV, ceiling fan and electric fireplace, and seating for 8 at the dining room table. The kitchen (with pantry) is stocked with all the comforts of home, including coffee makers, kettle, air fryer, blender, pressure/rice cooker, and a set-it-and-forget-it rotisserie.

This home includes a large master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, en suite with dual sinks, and shower/tub combo, walk-in closet, as well as access to the backyard patio. Bedrooms two through four include queen size beds, ceiling fans, as well as an office desk in bedroom 4. Washroom has dual sinks and walk-in shower. Laundry room has full size appliances off the garage entrance. (There are 4 TVs - Family Room, Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Backyard) WiFi is complimentary.

Stunning backyard views of Superstition and Dinosaur Mountains from this backyard paradise, which features a private salt water pebble tec pool (heating included), hot tub, outdoor TV, BBQ Station with propane grill, palm trees, cactus and flowering plants, and relaxing seating area. The backyard also attracts a variety of beautiful birds to feed and enjoy, including Hummingbirds, Cardinals, Baltimore Orioles, Doves, Woodpeckers, Quails and other native birds.

QUIET RELAXING AREA
Gold Canyon is a perfect location for hiking the Superstition Mountains, golfing at Gold Canyon Golf Courses (Dinosaur & Sidewinder), sightseeing, shopping and fine dining in nearby restaurants.

Our home is a short drive from the Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which runs weekends, February and March.

Three mountain bikes are provided for guests to tour the beautiful community and beyond.

The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.

RESERVATION NOTES
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds.

The home is located in a quiet HOA governed neighbourhood. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. Quiet Hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home.

A Pack n Play is available for use for small children.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
