The property is one of the two penthouses available in Building 3 with direct view overlooking the snow field and Rocky mountain . This condo is in approximately 2500 sqm Ft sleeps 16 to 20 people . It includes 4 BR units and each unit has its own King size bed , lounge with sofa bed , kitchenette , bathtub , shower and toilet and private access with separate entrance . The accommodation has a common kitchen , dining table , laundry , living area . Guests are welcome to use facilities of peak 8 Grand Colorado such as gym , outdoor / indoor spas and swimming pool , theatre , BBQ area , hot tub and 24 hours concierge service . Transportation to Breckenridge town is so easy with free shuttle bus scheduled every 15 minutes or a using a gondola lift . Private parking spaces for guests
