Our family loved this property! Check in was smooth! The home is super spacious, the views are amazing! It's close to town and super close to the gondolas! Highly recommend!

Stay was great. House is beautiful, but had a good amount of wear in the normal places. Hot tub jets went out on the second day of our stay. Looked at promptly, but never fixed. Woke up last the day of our stay with no hot water. Great communication throughout!

Thanks for the honest feedback. We're glad the home and communication were delivered, but looking at the hot tub without fixing it isn't finished work, and the hot water morning compounds it. We've escalated both with our team. We'd welcome the chance to host a smoother stay!

This house was beautiful but needed maintenance and upkeep of the house. The blind in the master bathroom window was removed and never replaced. I had to put a towel on the window otherwise the neighbors could see you as you entered the shower. The hot water heater broke on our second day there and it took all day before someone arrived. The shingles on the roof had blown off and were in need of repair. For the price we paid- it was not worth it. They said they were going to fix the blind after we left but I doubt that gets done. Also we had an 11:00 check out and the maid showed up and 10:00. I felt very rushed for not having hot water all day the day before.

It’s great to hear you found the home beautiful. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience of the hot water outage during your stay, as well as the early housekeeping arrival on your checkout day. The window covering in the primary bathroom is being installed, and your other feedback has been shared with the team responsible for the home. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we would welcome the chance to host you again.

Host was very responsive and the house was in a great location! There is definitely a significant amount of wear and tear and not the best cooking tools for a big group but overall it had all the basics.

Great spot with lots of amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Some things were a little worn out and the carpet could use a deep clean but overall this is a great property and everything - grill, hot tub, fire pit - was in good working order.

Return visit

We have rented this lovely home in Breckenridge several times -- grandparents, with parents and grand kids. The house is big enough that everyone can have their own private space and then meet in the living room and kitchen for family conversation, games, etc. Wonderful views! Great well stocked kitchen!

Great place for our family outing!

This house was charming to stay in for our 3-day family get together. Plenty of space for 10 of us to prepare and enjoy several large meals together. The views of Breck are spectacular, especially from the hot tub! There are also some nice walking trails in the neighborhood for a quick hike without needing to drive anywhere. Thank you AvantStay for a great experience!

Cozy stay in a beautiful place

Everything was great! The house was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of games, a jacuzzi, and many other activities to enjoy. The towels and bed sheets were clean, which was very important to us. The views from the windows were stunning, and the atmosphere of the house was so inviting. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit Colorado!
