The cabin is absolutley as described. The view was spectacular and the layout was perfect for our family. The mattresses were by far the best we've ever experienced at a rental property. The location is fantastic. You are very close to the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the park. Also, this cabin has a view without scary roads. A few things that prevented us giving a full 5 star review:1. I had to make the beds in the downstairs bedrooms. The fitted sheet were just folded under the comforters and not actually on the bed? That was strange.2. The hottub didn't work at first. We called the management company and it seems it was fixed. There was a lot of hair in the hot tub so that was gross. 3. The cabin was pretty clean except the downstairs showers had clumps of hair left behind. The bathmats looked like they had seen better days as well.4. The dishwasher was broken for our stay. We called to report it. While the call center was polite their answer wasn't helpful. They told us all of their cabins are booked and they were understaffed. Ok, but that seems to be a business issue not a guest issue. Handwashing every dish wasn't on my vacation bingo card.5. Check in was late. When we prompted the company for a code we relized why. There was maintenance staff still at the property at sunset. William was fixing the fireplace and did a great job. Someone should pat him on the back for a job well done. 6. Internt kept going out and we needed it for work and for every t.v.
