This holiday home has the below layout which the whole family will love:

Downstairs layout:
Second living area which is a perfect space for a second family or the children. Plenty of seating areas and a TV. Split system heating and cooling.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and a split system heating and cooling.
Bedroom three has x2 single beds perfect for a children’s bedroom.
Main bathroom has a separate bath, shower and toilet.
Laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs layout
As you are walking up the stairs you will feel relaxed and in holiday mode.
Spacious open plan living dining and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring uninterrupted beachfront perfect for your next vacation.
The living area has plenty of seating areas, TV and a split system heating and cooling. Glass sliding doors leading out to the undercover entertaining area, a perfect space to entertain your loved ones. This area has an outdoor lounge suite and coal/heat beads BBQ. The dining area seats 8 people. The kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine and is very well equipped.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes and a split system heating and cooling.
Bathroom with a bath, double sink, shower and toilet. (Spa bath jets not working).
There is a porta cot, highchair and kids toys for the young ones.

With only a short walk you can enjoy a stunning meal at Whalers Seaside Dining, or head down to Yilki Store for your morning coffee and paper. Enjoy the flat beach for a walk or swim. A short drive into Victor Harbor Central where you will find everything you will need and more.
