Great location, well equipped house with great views of the water. Well fenced for our furbaby and close enough to town. Would recommend to anyone thinking about looking for somewhere to stay.

This house is lovely and met all expectations. We were very comfortable and loved sitting on the back verandah enjoying the views and watching the stars come out. An easy run into Goolwa to enjoy all that the region has to offer.
Well equipped kitchen which was great for entertaining our party of 8. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Relaxing getaway
8 adults from one family, had a wonderful weekend celebrating a 30th birthday.
Furniture and facilities were comfortable and top quality. A pity the weather wasn't a bit warmer.
House layout suited our family of four couples and three small children perfectly. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Enclosed yard...perfect for little ones or pets, with views of the Coorong. We would definitely recommend this property.

Glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you recommend to all of your friends.
The house was incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean. The house was perfect for multiple groups. We enjoyed having access to the kayaks, the extra living spaces and the beautiful view. If you are staying with a young child, the stair gate (located at the top), isn’t secure when closed and can be pushed or pulled by a toddler so don’t rely on this. But as I said, it was a fantastic house and location. We would love to stay again!

Thank you for the feedback Carolyn, we hope you had a great stay!
We hired this house for a birthday getaway and had both family and friends visit while we were there. This is a great house, with plenty of space, toys / activities for the kids and it is only a short walk to the marina. The area was quiet and the afternoon seabreeze is lovely. Our 2yrs old toddler was also quite safe here with the large enclosed yard, however the stairs inside are quiet steep so consider your family needs before staying.
We stayed over the weekend of wild storms and a blackout.
The property held up well and the property manager provided us with torches and candles to get through the blackout.
Overall very happy but having to pick up and drop off keys from Hayborough is a little frustrating.
What a hidden little treasure and so much room for our family of 9. Everything and more was available at this lovely home. The children could ride their bikes( there was plenty of bikes provided by the property even for a baby) and as it was a colder-sac street and you can see them from the front lawn. Outdoor cricket was a hit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that the kayaks were single one and so we couldn’t let my grandsons use them but the windy weather was also against us that day too. Thanks for sharing your accommodation wit us we will be back
A very clean and spacious property although there needs to be more clarity in regards to pets as it is conditional.
Also wouldn’t hurt to have linen supplied for that price.
Some sort of Bluetooth stereo or speakers would’ve been nice as well.
This house was fantastic in the size and comfort of the home. I have never stayed in any property (and I have stayed in many) where the furniture was large, beautifully made and comfortable in every room. Beds were super comfortable, quilts, pillows all top quality. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all you need to cook with. Beautiful views of the Barrage and lovely and quiet. Kids had a great time with bikes, cricket sets and games. My only negative would be that someone needs to walk around outside around doors and windows and get rid of the spider webs that obviously happen when not being used and just a tidy up outside by the gardener. Fantastic anyone wanting quality and comfort.
