The Space:

The upper level consists of a large lounge/family area including TV complete with blu-ray player, Xbox 360 & games and a front balcony to relax. Also three bedrooms and the main bathroom.



The master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite & WIR with access to the balcony. Bed 2 offers a Queen Bed while Bed 3 has a Tri-bunk and a double bunk.



The lower level has another bedroom at the front of the house that can sleep 5 with a Tri-bunk and a double bunk and there is a separate bathroom as well.



The open plan kitchen and dining area are alongside another large lounge/family area (with TV and blu-ray player) that opens onto an all-weather out-door patio area that is fenced to keep children and pets safe.



The patio continues outside the fence and steps down to a grassed area and your own private jetty.



The garage has been converted into a Games Room and includes an air-hockey table, table tennis table, pool table, football table and equipment. There are kayaks available (if using kayaks please BYO life jackets to ensure sizing is correct. We hold no responsibility for any injuries whilst using kayaks).

Everything you want to keep you amused when not relaxing and enjoying the serenity.



Other features include; dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer combo, gas heater downstairs with ducted R/C A/C, hotplate BBQ & outdoor setting. Two smart TV's and an Xbox360.



PET POLICY - Pets Negotiable. Not fully fenced.



Dogs are welcome but the following is to be considered:

1. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted in the property per booking.

2. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or within carpeted areas or over furniture, beds or couches.

When using the BBQ please ensure is cleaned after use including cleaning the fat catcher under the plate.

Respect privacy of our neighbours when undertaking activities outside the property and remain within the property boundaries.

NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY: Family only bookings - no parties allowed or sticking decorations on walls or ceilings.



4 Bedrooms Sleeps 14 (Sleeping configuration = MAXIMUM x 10 Adults with up to 4 Children or any other combination that does not exceed the maximum Adults and/or total of 14 persons.)

This property is for family bookings only - no large groups of singles will be approved by the owner.



Please note - On the property next door, there is construction work commencing Aug 2025 which will create a temporary fence along the side of the property.
