Whether you are sitting outside on one of the three levels or in one of the two living rooms this waterfront property does truly offer a sense of peace and relaxation. At night the view changes with the marina lighting adding yet another dimension. Wi-Fi and Linen Included.
The Space:
Ground Floor-
Family lounge room perfect space for the children to relax or even a second family to have their own living space downstairs.
Bedroom Two overlooking water with queen bed. Build in robes, side tables and lamps.
Bedroom Three with bunk beds and double bed. Build in robes, side table and lamp.
Main bathroom with a large bath, shower and toilet.
Separate powder room.
Laundry with lots of storage, washing machine and ironing board facilities.
Upstairs 1st floor –
Stunning open plan dining, kitchen and living area. Enjoy this stunning area with full Marina and water views – it is just breath taking.
Kitchen includes electric cooking, dishwasher, large double fridge/ freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
Large 10 seater dining table and chairs.
Lounge room with plenty of seating areas.
Glass sliding doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the water with table and chairs.
Master bedroom with a Queen bed and a Large Walk in robe.
Two way ensuite off the Main bedroom with spa bath, shower and toilet.
