A great property when staying with a larger group- 4 generous bedrooms and a great view.
It has older decor and furnishings and would benefit from a larger table outdoors but overall a great holiday shack
Loved evrything about the house i will recommend especially for families how likes to have great time with other families witch is a close friend the house has alot of space for kids to play and run a rownd in the big backyard also l loved the c bean infont of the backyard
Porch i enjoyed the siting on the porch evry morning ⛅ with my best friend watching the c so pls you to have a great time like i did with them thank you for your warmed welcome to me and my lovely family and my friend family thanks once again
A nice place with probably the best beds ever for a holiday house! (Pillows not so great, but we always bring our own pillows, so no dramas!) Another plus was the supply of bath mats - very plush ones!
Lovely section of beach a 5 minute walk away!
Located nicely between Port Elliott & Victor Harbor! And close to a nice new Coles!
For those who are sound sensitive, the fridge makes quite a racket, chugging away day & night, but we got used to it quite quickly. We were 7 adults with food for all our meals for the entire long weekend, & found the fridge not quite big enough. We just had to eat up the big things first & fast!!
The kitchen had a wonderful array of empty cupboards for storing our gear - oftentimes that isn’t the case in a holiday home!
The table comfortably seated 6 adults ; 8 would have a total squeeze & not enough seats anyway. Only seating for 5 in lounge area, but we made do by bringing outdoor chairs inside too.
There was a supply of glad wrap & alfoil, plus dish detergent, but that was all. No salt, pepper, or complimentary tea bags, coffee or sugar sachets, & no dish washer powder/tablets (hence Coles being so close a bonus!). No coffee machine of any sort either.
The oven was a little tricky to work out; the timer has to be on too before the temperature/cooking function will operate. It turns off the second the timer clicks off.
There was a selection of magazines - very out of date - but no books or games or DVDs.
Very enjoyable on the whole!
Thank you!
