Unbeatable location positioned perfectly in one of Goolwa Beaches most favourable streets. This beach house is very well presented throughout and only a short walk across the picturesque reserve and dunes to Goolwa beach where you can swim, surf, boogie board or enjoy a beautiful walk. Smell the fresh sea air and hear the surf from this home - what a perfect get away location! Direct access to the Encounter Bikeway enjoy a family bike ride along our beautiful coast line.

The Space:
Property layout is the following:

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Stunning views out onto the reserve.
Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine lots of cupboards and bench space.
Dining room with large dining table that seats 8 people.
Living area with plenty of seating areas, ceiling fan, split system heating and cooling and a large smart TV mounted on the wall.

Main Bedroom with fitted robes, side tables, split system and plantation shutters.
Queen bed.

Second Bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom two with a split system and plantation shutters.
2 single beds.

Bedroom three with a split system and plantation shutters.
Queen size bed.

Bedroom four with fitted robes, split system and plantation shutters.
Two lots of single bunk beds.

Main Bathroom with a bath, shower and basin.
Toilet is separate.

Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board also?

Outside entertaining area with outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. BBQ area and a fire pit area.
