Comfortable, kid-friendly, family home with a window view on the Hyndes Crescent road, this 4-bedroom townhouse is perfect for family or large travel groups.
BEDROOM: All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one bedroom with a double bed while the other one has 2 single beds.
BATHROOM: The home has a bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet room. We provide complimentary bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. For longer stays, you may need to provide your own toiletries supply.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery - electric kettle - toaster
There is an oven in the property, it`s side racks are rusty but still usable. We will update the tray and tray side racks after the lockdown. In the meantime, oven is not part of our amenities list but feel free to use it during your stay.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use with a built-in Chromecast so guests can cast their phones directly to the TV. It has access to local channels as well. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The townhouse can be accessed through a digital lock for self check-in, although I am just a message away if you need help with anything.
VEHICLE PARKING: There is a covered parking for 1 car at the residential garage. Visitor parking is also available in front of the building.
BIKE PARKING: You can park your bikes at the property`s balcony. Just keep in mind the property entrance is up the stairs.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

It`s a 30 minute bus ride or 15 minute drive to the city. The closest neighbourhood hub is Weston Creek which is a 1km walk. This will have shops, cafes and a few restaurants.

**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

Overall a good property for a family needing space. Communication with the host was excellent. Some pans needed an extra clean and the location was a little further out of Canberra than I expected. Stayed with my extended family and it was good.
