With open plan kitchen and dining, separate lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, bathroom, and off-street parking, this single level home is the perfect base for your next Auckland adventure!
This home has an open plan kitchen and dining configuration leading onto a lounge which can be separated by closing the sliding doors. There are two double bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and two single bedrooms - one of which comes with a desk and office space, perfect for anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay. With a heat pump/aircon unit in the lounge, you can stay cool during the hot summer months and warm in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, and toaster. The dining area opens out to a sunny deck area for outdoor dining overlooking the sunny partially fenced garden.
There is off-street for two vehicles, as well as plenty of free on-street parking.
Please note that there is a separate flat underneath the house that is tenanted.
Located in the central area of One Tree Hill, this home is close to a range of great cafes, shops, and restaurants. With Cornwall Park at the end of the street guests will enjoy rewarding hikes and amazing views from the top of One Tree Hill. Also within close proximity are Onehunga, Greenlane, and the motorway, making it easy to explore all that Auckland has to offer. There are plenty of public transport options for those who prefer not to drive. Ellerslie train station is a 25 minute walk, and buses can be caught from Horotutu Road (2min walk).

The property is NOT fully fenced but with a private backyard.

$20 per night per pet (negotiable for longer terms stays or multiple pets)
$500 Bond per pet which is refundable following inspection after check out.
$100 cleaning fee per pet
Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin
Pets not allowed on furniture
Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours
Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)
Guests are liable for all damages by the pet including but not limited to not scratching the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
