About this property

Our home is great for an adult getaway or a family vacation. There is a terrace with a fire table, a hot tub, gym, and decks with ocean views. Kids love the frog pond, hammock, tree swing and exploring paths through the woods. We have lawn games and several bicycles.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk offer shopping, dining, bowling, farmer's markets, small museums, live music venues and several bakeries. Kayaking, fishing, tennis, golf, and spas are all nearby.

Beaches: The Colony Beach is a 10 minute walk and the larger sandy beaches of Goose Rocks and Kennebunk Beach are each a 10 minute drive.

Restaurants: Cape Arundel Inn, The Colony, Stripers, The Nonantum and Mabel’s Lobster Claw are all within walking distance.

*We have 5 year-round bedrooms and 3 seasonal bedrooms. We limit guest capacity to 10 people.

Magniificent home

Celebrated a major birthday with entire family at this spectacular property. Have visited KPT most every summer for 70years in all manner of accommodations. This, by far, was the perfect spot. Large enough (!) to find a quiet room or porch when needed. Plenty of room in and out for large gatherings. Owner and agent were extremely accommodating and responded almost immediately to every query before and during the stay. Awesome location, beautifully furnished, everything you need and then some. Thoughtfully, carefully and beautifully done. Every member of my family wants to make this an annual rental. Highly recommended and grateful for the experience

Interesting eccentric house

We enjoyed our stay in this interesting and eccentric house. It has been added on at different times over its history and was fun to explore. If you are coming with a large family though, the lack of ensuite bathrooms might be a challenge unless you don't mind sharing one hall bathroom!

Great fall weekend!

My husband and I spent a quick weekend here with our friend and his two children! The house was wonderful and plenty of space. Directions for the house and about the property were very clear. We would love to spend more time here with more friends! Roof deck was amazing for fall weather!

Kennebunkport is ideal for our family, kids and grandparents alike. Beach walks, biking, eating ice-cream or reading a book in a shady spot are some of the things we enjoy most.
In the evening we grill on the terrace or frequent local restaurants, and end the night up on the rooftop deck or around the fire pit. Our search for the best lobster roll of the season occupies a lot of time too!
