AVAILABLE IN SPRING AND FALL AT REDUCED PRICES

Restored turn-of-the-century Victorian beach cottage with spectacular ocean views from our private beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the wrap-around porch. Near Mother's Beach, golf course and KBIA. The home is DIRECTLY ON THE DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN - about 75 feet from the water and no road between the back porch and the beach. Nicely landscaped backyard and well-maintained flower gardens. There is air conditioning on the main floor and 3rd floor.

*There is a Ring camera doorbell on the front door installed 5/31/25.

**One dog less than 25 lbs may be accepted with approval and a pet deposit or fee. Please check with host and include photos your dog.

2nd Year Stay

This was our second year staying and it now feels like home away from home. Great communication with owners always. Love the paddle boards and kayaks that have been added to the property. We had lots of fun and enjoyed the view.

Great location - wonderful views and yard. The flowers on this property are amazing. We had a great time during our stay. The entire process was easy and owners were beyond helpful with activity suggestions, restaurants, they even helped guide us to a great place that we rented kayaks during our stay. Hope to go back in the near future.

Beautiful home with all amenities you could need. The porch overlooking the water was a big hit for afternoon gatherings. Lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the waves. Enjoyed every minute!

Family Kennebunk Vacation

We spent 5 nights and were incredibly sad to leave. The home had everything we needed for a group of 9 adults and three children ranging from 6 months to 7 years old. The location could not have been more perfect for proximity to downtown Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and beaches. We were able to enjoy both low and high tide using the paddleboards and kayaks provided. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Only recommendation/point to highlight would be if you have any young children, all of the rooms are very bright in the morning. Easily remedied, but just good to know!

Great ocean-front home

Tons of space to spread out in a dream setting. We had 8 people and count have easily had several more and not felt crowded. On the water and just a short walk to the beach. Checking was simple, owner was flexible and accommodating. Overall a great experience and tons of great menories

Beautiful home in beautiful location!

My family did not want to leave. We have stayed in this neighborhood many times before, every home is lovely, but this was by far our favorite. The location is unbeatable. We went paddling in the cove daily, the older teens headed over to Gooches Beach, while the adults stayed mostly at Mother’s. Fell asleep listening to the waves lapping in the cove. The balcony offered a perfect reading spot, also. House was clean and very well stocked. Check in/out was easy, and the owners were accessible should we need them, but we didn’t because all our needs were met. Thank you so much to Jennifer and Andrew.

Kennebunk Ocean Front house

Magnificent spot on the water near the Kennebunk beach and Kennebunkport. We had the family together in the home for the wedding of our son. The house was great! Great kitchen for entertaining the group. Plenty of bedrooms for our boys and their significant others. The view from the back porch and the back lawn on the ocean is wonderful. Would return in a second. Great stay.

Great Location!

Owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. He made the overall experience a good one. The house is in an ideal location - right on the beach in a cove. Couldn’t get much better than that. House is nicely stocked and was very clean. Weather was not good most days, but we still managed to enjoy the peacefulness that Kennebunk has to offer. We will be going back to this property again!

Five Stars - Beautiful House

From the moment we arrived we knew we found the perfect place to celebrate a very special family event. The owners went out of their way to make everything special for us. This oceanfront home is magnificent, with plenty of space for the grandchildren to play and explore the ocean tides. The views from the bedrooms were exceptional. We enjoyed having two comfortable living rooms to relax in (one with a fireplace) and the dining room was spacious. We relaxed on the porch while watching the sunsets. Highly recommend this home.

Delightful, comfortable house in a perfect location!

This is a handsome old shingle “cottage”, clearly loved by the owner. Kitchens and bathrooms are renovated and beds are comfortable, the view is spectacular, the gardens lovely and the owner and caretaker are both responsive and delightful to deal with. The furniture is rumply and cozy and just about everything necessary is there for your use. It would be hard to improve on our experience unless the house was in the family and always available for free! My husband and I, our son and daughter and her husband and our year old grand-daughter and a couple of dear old friends had a perfect time and were never on top of each other: on the porch, on the beach, reading, doing puzzles, running (some of us...) and eating seafood and scarfing muffins from Congdon’s in Well’s. Oh, and ice cream, from everywhere. We all just loved the place. Not fancy, just homey: a great choice.

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed a lovely 2 week stay. Our primary reason for selecting this area is it's proximity to the KBIA. The local recreation center which has been part of the Kennebunk community for over 100 years. Our kids (9 & 13) took sailing, powerboating and kayaking classes in the cove just in front of the house. We would watch them from the front porch of the house. What more could one ask for. The grass and beach access from the house was ideal too. The kids spent hours making sand castles, walking the cove and exploring Stawberry Island when the tide was low. The house itself is Maine charming with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The 3rd floor has A/C, but most nights we just kept the windows cracked open for cool air and the sound of the ocean. The owners and the on-site house manger were great to work with, making sure our every needs were taken care of. We look forward to many more returns.

A week of paradise

We stayed at this beautiful home in June. The views from the covered porch and from the 2nd story deck are amazing. You can see Nubble Light in the distance. We enjoyed the private beach and found lots of seaglass and shells. The low tide allows for lots of exploring. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. Our party of 8 adults had plenty of space to spread out. There are 2 living rooms with TVs and one of the living rooms has a game table which was fun. The dining room was huge with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is newly updated and had plenty of cookware & utensils. The four bathrooms are all new. The master shower is gorgeous!!! The bedrooms that we used (4 on the 2nd floor and the master on 3rd floor) were all comfortable and nicely decorated. We brought our elderly dog and she so enjoyed the beach and daily walks. There is an outdoor shower to wash off feet etc. There is a public beach a short walk from the house and an activity center with a pool that would be fun if you have younger children. It was not open yet for the season during out stay. Andrew, the owner, was very accessible anytime I had a question, and Becky, the housekeeper, gave us a tour upon arrival and was available for any questions/concerns. We enjoyed our week immensely and hopefully look forward to renting it again. Highly recommend!

This is a truly wonderful property in every way. Phenomenal location, extremely comfortable and immaculately maintained. There is so much to do and see in close proximity, but it is equally enjoyable to sit on the porch or lawn or beach and just enjoy the views. Highly recommend!!

A house one could live in.

The house was even better than our high expectations. Not your typically cheaply furnished rental. This house has everything you would need to live in full time. Plus it is well decorated and kept in excellent condition. Superbly located on a quiet beach, 5 minutes away from Kennebunkport.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation! There was room for everyone and plenty of space for the kids to play. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are nicely updated, plenty of places for relaxing inside and out, and a great dining room table to gather around!

Most relaxing vacation spot ever!

This large Victorian home situated on the ocean was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting our son in a neighboring town. The home was well kept up, very clean and well equipped. Richard provided wonderful instructions on where to find things and even great restaurant recommendations! Even though I imagine the house is more than 100 years old, all modern conveniences were available to us in the beautiful renovated bathrooms and kitchens. We had our dog with us and loved walking just a few feet down to the beach every day for a walk or two. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Incredible house by the ocean

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location of this house could not be better - stunning view, proximity to town and restaurants, and very easy access to all of the Kennebunk beaches (including the one right out the back door). The house was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the gorgeous and very well-maintained landscaping, beach toys for the kids, grills - both gas and charcoal!, and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the view. Dick, the owner, was so welcoming, and it was lovely to interact with him before and during our stay. He provided lots of helpful suggestions about the area and was very responsive as we planned the trip and with a question about how to work the TV during our stay. The property manager who met us at the house was also very nice and helpful and quick to respond to our questions. So many thoughtful touches, including rainy day activities for our kids, which came in very handy!! What a treat it was for us to be able to stay in this amazing house!! We truly lucked out and would highly recommend it to anyone! We hope to return some day!!

Excellent Thanksgiving Stay

Everything about our Thanksgiving Kennebunk stay was fantastic: the house, property, amenities, and location. The house is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach with a lovely yard and is well-cared for and charmingly decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The owner, Dick, was very helpful with information, recommendations, and even sourcing firewood for us. We look forward to returning in the warmer months!

Summer dream!

My family and i LOVE this house. It is the epitome of a New England summer, just perfect. Plenty of space, gorgeous yard and private beach. Proximity to downtown, easy ride to OGT, grocery store, etc. Incredible views, sunsets, star gazing and so easy with small kids! Dick is easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait for next summer to come back!
