Best position in Mt Maunganui, quiet yet central. 300 m from beach & Pilot Bay
This is a modest, cosy and private little 35 year old home with great views of the harbour and peeks of the Mount and the Ocean beach. One larger bedroom with an ensuite with its own external entrance onto a private yard. The other two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. The upstairs living dining and kitchen is where you’ll be spending a lot of time with it’s airy ambience and elevated position giving your great views.
