Great location - Business trip

Perfectly appointed and located property in close proximity to Opal Cove Resort. We booked the property to attend a 3 day conference and it was the perfect escape after a hectic day of presentations and networking. Plenty of space, clean and easy to access. Would stay at this property again.

The house has no air con up stairs and there must be no installation in the roof so sleeping upstairs was impossible as it was 20 degrees hotter upstairs. The fan in one of the bed was banging that loud that you couldn’t sleep if it was on. There were not sufficient pans to cook big enough meals it also said there was garage access but there wasn’t I have also emailed requesting where my 500 dollar bond is and I’ve gotten no response.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us this feedback, we take everyones suggestions on board where possible. We are currently working with the owners to get Aircon installed upstairs before next Summer. If you open the place up though it does get a really nice breeze through the property and there are fans in all the bedrooms. The fan that you mentioned that was making a noise has been replaced. The owners have purchased some larger pots for the kitchen, there were meant to be larger pots in there for your use however it would seem that a previous guest has either taken them or thrown them out. You have full access to the garage, all the instructions are in your guest app next to the arrival instructions, if you have any issues you should have let us know and we would have been happy to direct you how to get in. Your security deposit was all returned in full, it's only done as a pre authorisation on your card so often doesn't appear as a refund on your bank statement as it was never deducted in the first place. I hope that helps. Thanks again for staying with us.
