The best thing about the place is that it’s close to the Yvr Airport only 20 mins drive . It’s close to all the major Highways . You don’t have to go through the city traffic . Close to the nicest restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores. Public transit is 2 min walk. Downtown Vancouver is like 30-45 mins via public transit .
