About this property

Welcome to this lovely basement suite located just off the famous West Side Wine Trail! With a king size bed, double futon and request-able pack and play in the oversized bedroom, there is room for the whole family! With 3 wineries and the lake all within walking distance everyone is bound to have fun. Kitchen is fully stocked complete with an air fryer toaster oven, double hot plate and a BBQ on the deck so you can enjoy meals in. After touring the Okanagan all day, come back to the biggest, comfiest couch you have ever laid on and kick back with a book, watch a DVD or enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck while gazing out at the lake. Please note this is a basement suite and we do love upstairs so you will hear some noise from upstairs during the day.

Park on the far right hand side of the driveway or in the cul-de-sac at the end of Empire Place.

Quiet time between 11pm and 7am

Please keep pets off the furniture and do not use the front yard for their bathroom breaks (Walk them up to the cul-de-sac at the end of Empire Place)
