The cottage had everything a family could need or want - water toys, appliances, etc - and the lake was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better! Hosts were easy to work with. We had a wonderful time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as shown in the cottage profile. Angela, our host was very responsive to our questions and most helpful. The cottage had everything we could want for a week on the lake. Loon Song Cottage was a very appropriate name as the loons and their haunting calls make frequent appearances in front of the cottage. Our group of 9 had ample sleeping options to spread out around the three buildings. And lots of options to enjoy the water with the kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat! Our group had a lovely time. Just wished it could have been longer, Thank you, Angela for making our stay a pleasant and memorable holiday.

An absolute treat of a retreat!

Angela & Tom's home is a beautiful spot nestled away in the trees and right on the water. It was so lovely to disconnect from the chaos of the city by swimming, kayaking, hiking, and BBQing with family. The location is perfect for exploring the great outdoors and then coming home to a serene, well-kept, and well-stocked house :) Angela was very responsive over the VRBO platform, as well as on the phone when we needed assistance of any kind. She was an excellent host, and understanding when things went slightly sideways on our side.Would 1000% recommend booking with them! They're gracious hosts, the house is a (literally) hidden gem, and the locality has a welcoming, sunny feel to it. Pro tip: bring a car that can handle a bit of off roading. The house is a ways away from asphalt roads ;)
