This outstanding apartment by Zodiak Stays is situated in the beautiful historic Dilworth building right on the corner of Queen St & Britomart square. Situated on the 7th floor with views to the harbour, our large stylish and relaxing sub penthouse apartment has one bedroom plus an additional king size murphy bed. Large open plan living area with gourmet kitchen + all the extras. 3 balconies to stand and watch the city life around you.
The space
Welcome to our luxurious penthouse on Queen Street, where elegance meets comfort. As you step inside, the spacious and well-appointed interior welcomes you with abundant natural light. The open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge area, and a large dining table, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
To the left of the kitchen, a king-sized pull-down bed can be discreetly separated by luxurious ceiling-to-floor drapes, offering both privacy and convenience.
Please note the TV is currently under maintenance and does not work at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
The main bedroom boasts a superb super king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Double-glazed windows and doors in this room provide a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling cityscape. Step out onto your private balconies and fire up the BBQ to enjoy breathtaking views of the city center and harbor.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find two supermarkets, making grocery shopping a breeze. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll appreciate the unbeatable location of this property, ensuring that you're never far from the action. This is more than just a place to stay—it's a gateway to experiencing the vibrant culture and energy of Auckland.
Getting around
Over and above being only a 50 meter walk to Britomart for trains & buses, you are also 3 minutes walk from the Ferry terminal (you can watch Ferries from one of the views from the balcony). The ferry can get you to Waiheke, Rangitoto and the Barrier Islands. The location literally allows you to get anywhere without the need for a car.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 6 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
