Beautiful property in a stunning location directly opposite Kohimarama Beach. Clive was an excellent host, helped with our luggage and showed us through the place. Very clean and well equipped and great off street parking. Kohi Cafe very close by with excellent food. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous clean and tidy apartment in a great location. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipt, and being blessed with nice weather we really enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cheeseboard and glass of wine watching all the comings and goings. Only small issue we had was working out the lift when we arrived but we got there with the help of a resident. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

We had an excellent extended stay at the Kohi Del Mar villa, enjoying the alternating sun, fresh winds, and rain passing over the lovely Kohimarama beach. Clive, our host, was very attentive to our questions and concerns during our stay and it was with true regret that we departed after our 19 days.
