Need somewhere for the kids to play and still be able to walk to the beach? This three bedroom spacious home has a large backyard with gas BBQ and is located opposite the playing fields and tennis courts. Walk to beach, shops and golf club. Ducted air-conditioning, newly renovated kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom providing two toilets for convenience and located in a very quiet street.

This clean and neat house is in a great location: a short walk to the surf beach and local shops, and opposite the local sports field, which is great for families with energetic kids. It's in a no through street so you tend to get pedestrians and not heaps of vehicles too. The kitchen is well-equipped and the furniture a fun retro chic. The bed have new mattresses and while the bedrooms have simple furnishings, the whole place is comfortable and good value. The third bedroom is a tiny nook, however, and very poky for teens to stay in, ...although it could be a good cubby adventure for smaller kids. Our teens shared the larger second bedroom. Ray White, Tea Gardens, especially Kristie, provided the best service we've ever experienced for a holiday rental: efficient, friendly and even kind. Thankyou Kristie!
