Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great first family trip to the cape! Location was amazing, minutes from the beachcomber and downtown Wellfleet but in a very quiet neighborhood. The home had lots of supplies which was so nice not to have to buy every little thing like coffee filters and laundry pods. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hanging on the deck. We would definitely come back!

The location was perfect -a quick walk to Dyer Pond, and a short ride to the ocean. The only upgrade I would suggest is a gas grill.

Lovely, Clean, Renovated Home Outside Downtown

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home across Route 6 (maybe 5 minutes drive) from downtown Wellfleet made for a very comfortable week-long stay. The layout is compact but well-equipped with modern amenities, including renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We were very happy with how clean and well maintained the property was inside and out. The listing photos were accurate. There was also a bonus queen bedroom in the basement (so, a total of 5 beds). There were only 3 of us, but this property could easily accommodate 6-8. The home is on a quiet street, feels private, and is within walking distance to PJ's restaurant and a nearby pond. We usually rent closer to the center of downtown for convenience, but given the great condition of this home and its proximity to other attractions we'd definitely consider renting it in the future!

Wonderful Cape Cod Property

The location of this property was great. Close to a beach, lots of hiking trails and close to downtown Wellfleet. Lots of great restaurant options close by. The house was very clean, updated kitchen and bathrooms and great outdoor area. It felt like a private community but then you could drive 2 to 5 minutes and be at a restaurant or beach. Everything was super easy. I also love that the owners allow pets. Our family dog was with us on this trip and he loved all the friendly dog hiking trails close by. Also the first floor bedroom and bathroom is great if you have a disabled family member or grandparent with you who maybe would not be able to go upstairs. Full laundry was in the basement. Overall I would recommend and stay again.
