Just a stone's throw from the artisanal and quaint downtown, this spot has all the amenities you could need at your fingertips, yet remains a truly peaceful escape. Enjoy morning coffee and a homemade pastry or a nutritious lunch at the beautiful Field and Fort gourmet market and cafe, or grab a freshly made take-out sandwich and bring it down to one of Summerland's stunning beaches. Loon Point is a local's favorite with a wide coastline, pristine beach, and the chance to see dolphins joyfully hopping through the waves. Unwind at night with a casual and classic meal at the beloved burger spot, Tinker's for a true taste of Summerland charm.

COMMUNAL PROPERTY / SHARED COMMON AREAS: The Property consists of 2 separate/detached units, "Ocean View Loft" and "Ocean View", located on the same property grounds. Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time during your stay. BOOK "Ocean View House and Loft" to have the entire property for 6 additional guests!
SHARED ITEMS: Hot Tub, Bocce Ball and Laundry are all shared and are first come first serve.
NOTE: *Stairs are required at this property.
POLICIES:
- Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 9:00am, please be respectful of our neighbors.
- Minimum Age of Primary Guest: 30 years or older.
- No smoking on property
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed
- No parties/hosted events
- Check-in: 3:00pm or later
- Check-out: 10:00am or earlier
- Manager/Homeowner reserves the right to deny reservation.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
