This is great house for a family to stay. It’s spacious. Everybody had their own room and bathroom. The main living area was large enough for everyone to hang out comfortably. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and only a block from the beach!

Can't beat the location

The location of the house, in regards to beach proximity, is hard to beat. Just a quick walk across the street, and you're essentially on a private beach! Our kids loved boogie boarding in the big waves! The screened in pool and patio are wonderful.The house is nice, but the furniture leaves quite a bit to be desired. There are no dressers or tables in the rooms, and nightstands are sparse. It means most everything ends up on the floor for storage, which makes it feel less homey and prevents guests from feeling organized/clean. Plenty of space for our 7 person clan! The kitchen was well-stocked, although I would have loved to see some plastic plates and cups for kids. The water here is actually GOOD...even straight from the sink. I didn't know you could say that about ANY water in Florida! ;-) Neighbors were all quiet (or nonexistent). We would stay here again, if only for the proximity to the beach!

Family gathering

We rented this VRBO to vacation as a family that hasn’t been together in over a year four bedrooms four bathrooms were perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat for dinner, but not a table big enough to handle a group of 10. Furniture was minimum. And I brought extra chairs from a friend who lives nearby.There was plenty of silverware, but a little short on plates bowls and large serving bowls. With a small purchase at the dollar store, I was able to find some metal tins and large plastic bowls too use for the week.Paper products and garbage bags were provided and were wonderful to have. The cooler is a very small six pack cooler not a large cooler and the grill was a great benefit.However, check the oil pan before you start the grill it was not cleaned.This is a remote location, not near the town that you can walk to. It is a drivable area between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. There’s a Cumberland Farms store a few miles down the road. And 9 miles from Vero Beach downtown.A private beach access was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny of renting here the pool is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool. But we are a tall family, the pool is cool and not heated.The access to the intercoastal is a nice walk, however on each side of this property, there is natural wildlife and tend to be buggy on an afternoon walk or early morning, fishing excursion.I would rent this property again.
