This beautiful home offers a fresh, stylish coastal vibe with modern open-plan living, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The contemporary kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge areas, creating a spacious, light-filled environment.

Enjoy year-round comfort with double-glazed windows, with large sliding doors opening to the deck and outdoor area - perfect for taking in the ocean views.

3 spacious bedrooms- Main with Ocean views has a King bed with an ensuite built in draws and plenty of space to hang clothes.
2nd bedroom has Queen bed and a King single bed - limited floor space in this room due to the extra bed.
3rd bedroom has a Queen bed.

The lounge has a big comfy couch with a smart TV, and unlimited WIFI. A log fire to keep you cozy on those chilly evenings with firewood provided.

Open plan kitchen, with full size fridge/freezer/ice dispenser, microwave, coffee machine, induction cooktop and oven.
Breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. Cooking basics and tea & coffee are provided.

Fully fenced front section to keep young ones secure, off street parking for x 2 cars.

Foxton Surf Life Saving Club located across the road - they have the best lifeguards around.
